Stern is hardly a model act to look up to, he feeds off the cluelessness of his audience (some, or most of them) and knows how to rouse their ire on certain issues. Prince, we all know, takes mre than a casual listen to assess accurately. Anything off-the-cuff is negligible. I listened to BS, Fury and the Tamar song mny times before deciding that they were pedestrian romps. The rest of the album i find to be a huge leap from the sterile boredom of Musicology.
Had a change of heart, now? Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you! | |
