The Prince Rogers Expressway.

Has Prince ever had a street or highway named after him? If not wouldn't it be cool if somebody named a street or freeway after him?

Imagine in Minniapolis waking up in the morning and hearing"There's a 2 car collision on The Prince Rogers Espressway, all lanes are blocked.".

here in mpls there's nothing named after 'im. prolly won't happen until after he croaks. it'd be kinda-sorta corny if he got something like a street named after 'im anyway.

Back in Chicago there is a Prince Street. A few years back, the sign, ahem, fell (chainsaw) off the pole and is now in my "Prince Room"! lol

Well downtown St. Paul there is a street named Prince. But it has nothing to do with him. Wasn't it in the eighties the Gov. of Minnesota annonced an annual "Prince" day? I'm serious! I remember me father reading about it in the paper and being appauled. "They gave that vulgar man a DAY!!" lol

There is a Prince Street and Prince Street subway station in New York. Not affiliated with *the* Prince though. shrug

Last Halloween my friends and I went as Prince, Wendy & Lisa, and we just happened to have to get off at Prince St. to go to our party. We took pictures. biggrin

There should be an Alphabet Street someday.

As for the Prince Roger Nelson Expressway.... hmmmm if they used prince for the arrows, that would be cool but confusing.

News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
