I'm really not trolling here, just curious. Do most of the people who love this album like album? I just never got into that one, and I'm having trouble getting into this one, but it seems to be on a similar plane to me. Spiritual and lots of computer processing, but (to me) lacking a certain amount of realness.

Well, Lovesexy is my favorite album of all time... but I don't think that's why I enjoy 3121. I enjoy it for completely different reasons than I enjoy 3121. But that's another thread.

lovesexy is my favorite prince record. 3121 sounds nothing like it. its good but it ain't that good, lol!

I don't even slightly see a resemblance between Lovesexy and 3121...I do love both, but it took me awhile to appreciate and like Lovesexy, as where 3121 I liked immediately.

I really like Lovesexy but it took years for me to understand it where I instantly liked 3121. The only song that reminds me of Lovesexy is The Word.

I'd say that most Lovesexy fans probably like "The Word" as well -- that's the only song that seems to come close. Lovesexy about made me faint from exhilaration and cry tears of joy after first listen --- 3121 hasn't come close, but it does have a lot of great stuff!
