Was the Morning Papers inspired by Mayte?

Since Mayte met Prince when she was sixteen do you think Prince might have written this in her honor...kinda like he was attracted to her-both physicaly and spirtualy but knowing she was too young for him? I know she was in the video but I think the lyrics were written with her in mind.
