The thing that bugs me about It is that Prince plays with the vague lyrics cleverly, so as to not mention the obvious; that the song is about sex.
Then at the end of the song, he ruins that by flat-out mentioning "Fuckin' on your mind." The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

Damn i wish they would remaster the whole Sign album and rerelease it. This could be a good idea for 20th anniversary edition next year perhaps? No extra tracks or alternative versions required or wanted (you don't fuck with perfection!) - just a clearer up-to-date-quality remastered cd - cos those 80's mastered cd's don't have the ooomphh and just ain't doin' it anymore!
