[Edited 2/20/06 19:51pm] I didn't know "When The Lights Go Down" was recorded between this time. I know it was prior to 1999, do you know what year exactly? I've always loved that song! Well, according to Uptown / Per Nilsen, the recording date for "When the Lights Go Down" isn't known. So, since it was included on The Vault in 1999, I included it on my list.
