3121 is supposedly racier?? those twins?? is Prince still JW? Seems people are really bringing this up lately because reports are saying that a few tracks off 3121 are a lil racier.....and those twins aren't exactly dressed in layers of clothing....

Still, it's definitely interesting that he had those dancers dressing so sexy. One of them even had their (HOT) ass showing during that performance at the Brit Awards. That's a pretty stark contrast from when Prince sent a bunch of women home for the Musicology video 'cause they were dressed too revealingly. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

but back to the topic
i feel guilty for sayin this but i miss the sensual/racey stuff SOMETIMES.....Believe me, I do not want him humping the piano and using the mic as a stand-in for his shaft.....at 47 years old..... but the JW stuff limits his sensuality a little. I know people will bring up the lyrics to Mellow, etc.....but Prince seems a little more "back to normal" with this record??? Isn't there a lyric in one of the new songs about the "Knowledge tree," and dust of the earth stuff? I say he's relaxed but still a JW.
I mean, he was JW or near it and released Hot With U, Mad Sex, and I'm guessing someone can think of others, just as 'racy' as Black Sweat. But at least he's not preaching (for now). No hard feelings. | |
