Last night I attended the most incredible show ever at Prince's LA home. There were maybe 150 people or so in attendance. The evening began with a preview of 3121. The new songs are amazing, much like classic/vintage Prince. After listening to the entire album Prince took the floor with his band and rocked hard for a couple of hours. Most of the songs featured Tamar and some very energetic twins. Tamar & the twins were very much like a young Tina Turner & the Ikettes. Prince played many classic funk songs. One of the highlights of the evening was Stephen Hill from BET joining Prince & the band to sing the lead on "Play That Funky Music White Boy". The show took place in one of the Clubs in his house....no stage, he just stood in front of us & played the guitar like no other. The crowd was sweating, dancing, singing and loving every minute of this spectacular show. This was the highlight of my career for me. If Tamar plays, go see her. I asked when her album may come & she said maybe in May.

Is that a Janet Jackson fanpage?

Considering the new songs and his SNL performance, I'm getting jealous reading this sh*t.

Funny they should mention a young Tina Turner and the Ikettes.
That's exactly what I thought after seeing the SNL performance of 'Fury'.
