The Feb. 4 edition of "Saturday Night Live" averaged a 7.0 household rating, 16 share in the metered markets, the highest local-market score for "SNL" since the opening edition of the 2004-05 season on Oct. 2, 2004. Note that averages currently include 53 markets, with Seattle, New Orleans, and Greenville-Spartanburg currently excluded from Saturday's overnight ratings. 1. Nice. Hoepfully, most people were as impressed with Prince's 1st performance as I was.
2. I am sorry, but I am irritated by the whole misnomer that he hasn't been on since 1981. Prince played their 15th anniversary TV special in 1990. Of course, you all knew that one. "New Power slide...."

The ratings should have been up - two great performers.

Well, 'Fury' was the kind of performance that will impress even a casual listener.
Besides the awewome 'all along the watch tower' type of amazing guitar palying....Prince did not look like he was trying to be too cool...he just let it fly and looked like he was putting in a serious effort. He let it fly...it was just amazing.

Think about getting me some biscuits!' -Horacio Sanz as Aaron Neville in the same Super Bowl skit...his singing was dead on! -'Prince Show'...kills me everytime...Fred Armstein is dead on sometimes -Teddy Bear holding a heart/Valentine's Day skit -'Weekend Update' especially the abortion bit and the black monument bit. see no Steve...and I love me some Steve! peace Every minute of last night is on my face today....
