So...3121 is but days away - whatever it may be! I think we all have our own ideas, I certainly have come up with some interesting ones of my own, (subscription live-feed 3121 gigs anyone?) ...here's hoping. (More than likely simply going to be used for the video, and never utilised again - but I hope not, it could be a very exciting prospect to have an 'offshoot' where Prince can release, and play around with more experimental music just for fun.

My buddy Chris has designed three seriously kick-ass 3121-themed desktops* exclusively for all you Orgers, we hope you like them. If you do, why not take 30 seconds out of your day to post your approval and show a little appreciation to Chris for taking the time to do them for you - I think they're quite beautiful and cover something for most tastes.

Use them to brighten up your desktop and celebrate 3121!







Right - competition time. Think you can do better? Show us. Rules are as follows:

1) Do NOT post your full-size desktop here, anything bigger than the width of this screen will be deleted - either post a LINK to your submission, or a smaller, resized version.

2) Full-sized version should be 1024x768 pixels.

3) Try and be as creative as you possibly can - what does 3121 mean/say to YOU? See if you can get away with NOT using a photo of Prince (although this is fine if you wish to do so).

4) Best handful of submissions will be chosen between myself and Chris and uploaded into the gallery for prosperity.

5) Thread closes Friday 16th December.

May have been a problem during uploading, as they're not there. But we're not uploading any 3121-specific desktops to the gallery right now, as THAT'S the prize, and the basis of this thread. So you'll have to use photobucket in the interim until the winners are chosen from the choices here.
