1. Te Amo Corazon

2. I never really liked Call My Name all that much. Don't know why but it
reminds me too much of something else that i just can't put my finger on.
It just felt rather wrong from the first time i heard it, eventhough I do
appreciate his vocals on this one and some of the lyrics. it's a good and
solid composition, no doubt. but there's something about it that makes me
want to forget it again as soon as i heard it.

1. Call My Name

2. I'm just not feeling Te Amo Corazon to be honest. It's weak IMO. However I think Call My Name is a pretty cool song...

Te Amo Corazon

Never liked Call My Name, could not get into it. I will admit,
though, I like it better Live.

I'd agree with this... Call My Name really sounds like every other "generic Prince R&B love song" released after Adore.

1) Te Amo Corazon

2) More unique sounding, cooler vibe.

I like Call My Name and Te Amo Corazon on pretty much the same level, but Corazon gets the edge.

CALL MY NAME

Te Amo sounds like background music to a soft porn movie shown in "pay-by-the hour" motels, located in the outskirts of Martinsville VA.

Wow.
The choice is hard. One the one hand; a rather unforgetable track that will never make my list of best Prince ballads and on the other hand a rather unforgetable track that will never make my list of best Prince ballads...

So;

1; None of the above.

2; Because both are rather unforgetable tracks that will never make my list of best Prince ballads.

3; FYI, the last few tracks he recorded that did make my list of best Prince ballads; The One, One Nite Alone and Have A heart, Reflection.

Call My Name.

Te Amo Corazon is just okay, but it seems like it's missing a minute or something. I don't know, but it's just missing something that could make it more special.

It will be interesting to hear the song with the rest of the album, but for right now...just "meh" for me.

Call My Name is a more passionate song. I feel it more.

Call My Name.

And like other posts have said it has more passion,
more sizzle & pop.
Te Amo Corazon is more laid back.
Its a hot humid sunny day.

Call My Name is more of a realized song...there is a beginning, middle and end where Te Amo Corazon sounds more like a series of musical ideas.I like the flavoring of T.A.C but C.M.N sounds more complete.

I do like the musical ideas of T.A.C. more than C.M.N though...it sounds like braver territory that has me quietly excited.

1. T.A.C. :nod

2. It is a more mellow song that to me just calls to ones soul and evokes a vivid imagination.

Te Amo.

I liked Call My Name, but it's been done before. With Te Amo, he takes on Sade rather well and I really dig it and I think it will do well over time.

1. Call My Name
2. Te Amo Corazon is ok, but it kind of sounds like a theme song from a James Bond flick. Call My Name was in one word: soulful. I mean on that joint, the bass was kickin', the drums were blazing, and Prince's vocals were rich that ever.

"Te Amo Corazón"

"Call My Name" is bland and overrated.
