subyduby	maxwell, nikka costa, etc. how are thier careers going? i never seen thier videos on mtv, or vh1! mayve just one video and that is it. and how come are they not popular?

Well...both Maxwell & Nikka are going strong.

Maxwell has just had his latest album 'NOW' go triple-platinum and is about to embark on a 20-date Nth American tour next month.

Nikka is also currently touring Nth America with Europe to follow towards the end of the year...and her album 'EVERYBODY GOT THEIR SOMETHING' has also gone double-platinum...seems like they're popular to me!

Having your music videos on mtv is not the only barometer one needs to check their career progress...i haven't seen a Prince vid on there for a while...

Nep2nes	i dont think the fact that theyre touring means they r going strong... depends who they r touring with, and what venues theyre playing...those 2 factors say a lot. I think suby's right tho'...havent seen nikka around,dont c much in the way of musical longevity 4 her...

Well, if they are indeed selling double and triple platinum, they must be doing better than I thought.
