LOL! Guess they got tired of the "jigsaw puzzle--new piece every day!" approach and just slapped it on there!? Or more likely, they figured it was a waste of time to "build anticipation," when everything had already leaked!
I notice it just says "Prince" not "Prince and the NPG" or "Prince and 3121," etc. Or maybe I shouldn't read anything into it, at the moment it's just a splash page. Whelp....I suppose LatinPop (or whatever that term was when Shakira and Ricky Martin etc got all big for a while back about 6 years ago...) is a direction he hasn't necessarily gone yet.  Shall we all be thankful it's not a duet with Shakira?

But "Soul Man", despite being Vegas, wasn´t corny, it was more like a tribute to classic songs of the past. I still prefer to see him going in the ´traditional soul/funk´ (even the smooth jazz of Xpectations) retro direction than the Mariah Carey/Ricky Martin direction. I still hope I am wrong...
