We don't see him show all that much emotion, but there are so many songs of his that bring us 2 tears - makes u wonder if his own songs make him cry as well. U have 2 wonder what he was going through when he wrote songs like "Purple Rain", "The Holy River", "Sometimes It Snows In April", and "Comeback" (which I understand is about a lost friend).

Whether it's writing a song or the completed work, I can't help wondering how deeply emotionally Prince gets involved in his art...

Strongly, that's why we love him too, isn't it ?
