P being known for his anti-drug posture...also his intense "control issue?"..makes it hard to believe. But I believe he'd try something like ecstacy WITH a woman...could be talked into this experimentation BY a woman. And calling Susan(the rcording engineer) and asking her if she loved him sounds a lot like an E trip. Some of it makes sense. I doubt HE'D ever talk about it. | |

There are several accounts by associates, all of which say he was high/took ecstasy that night.
So, do you believe a bunch of similar, converging accounts that say he did, or do you believe he didn't, with no official word, or anything at all to back it up, since Prince has never commented on it. 'S'up to you. [Edited 11/6/05 14:02pm] | |

Yup, he did it and subsequently pulled the album as he felt it was the devil working through him.
The moral of the story? Say no to drugs as they dement your view of great music  | |
