i knew that something VERY different was happening/round the corner when i saw..... "ballad of dorothy parker" live on leno..new jazzy arrangement.....
little did i suspect what musical treats lay ahead ahh the ONA era.the massive boxed set popping thru the door,the soundchecks,the front row seats,the aftershows,the fucking brilliance of it all!! its like the hardcore were being rewarded for sticking through thick and thin

Yes, that version was cool, but not really new. It reminded me a lot of the 1987 rehearsal version. There´s this "recording" called Now´s the time...and that song is on it. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?" | |

Actually, Now's The Time is a bootleg of rehearsals for the '87 SOTT tour and yeah that version of Ballad of Dorothy Parker is kind of similar. |
