This again? Get real, look at the picture...the woman carrying the kid is walking past in the foreground, they're not interacting with Prince in any way!

it just looks like he's doing normal people stuff, which looks really weird because we aren't used to seeing prince doing normal people stuff. he's usually riding around on his bodyguards' shoulders wearing a mask with his butt hanging out of his sparkle pants or something.
