It's widely known that Wendy and Lisa introduced Prince to a lot of classical music when working with him. Apparently, during his most sophisticated and I guess "most European" musical era (the mid-80s), he really took liking to impressionist and neo-romantic music, such as Debussy and especially Ravel. He was reported to have played "Bolero" at his home non-stop. My question is, did "Bolero" influence Prince to wear a real bolero during the Parade era, onstage and in photo sessions?
