Ok then... The shows I've seen her do bore the shit out of me (some of the few shows I demanded a refund from and got it, got to give her management props for that...) but like I said I'm into musicians not acts... Neversin. I agree I don't think Madonna is in this catagory at all. For starters she lip synchs entirely too much. Secondly if people will remember even WHEN she sang through her early shows it wasn't anything to be happy about. Now if this were an argument about music videos yeahs she would rate but not as a live performer. I agree with you about Bruse.Springsteen is a great live performer and deserves to be in this and any serious argument about great live entertainers of the modern era. I just pointed out something obvious and YOUR feelings obviously got hurt by it since you posted a rather dumb follow up post to it, next time read an entire thread before posting something... Miss ONE comment they wrote and it hurts their feelings...

 There's a difference between "singing" (using your voice as an instrument that complements the other instruments played, Tina Turner, Kate Bush, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye etc.) and people who just wail, whisper, scream and shout words on music (All the Britney's (filtered and studio enhanced) Beyonce, Madonna, the whole plethora of so called vocalists in music today...) Neversin. Beyonce is a mess at times...but the girl can really sing... | |
