Thanks GG! But the way you mixed it was not exactly the way I meant it... But listening to your merging of the tracks made me find the right place to seamlessly glue them together, losing just a sec of SST and about 20 secs of BNO... Now they sound like ONE track... I did pretty much the same, but used the very end of SST (the last second) instead of the ending on Brand New Orleans. I think it sounds better with the very sudden finish. I also played with the sound a little as the downloads seemed to lack a load of treble, much like Magnificent. Don't tell Novabreaker. | |

Your version is certainly better than the official version. I was underwhelmed by SST (especially after all the Org hype), but I really dug BNO. To hear the two together makes SST listenable, simply because I know its going into that cool jam. It pleasure sme to hear you say that. Once I heard both songs (first got atuned to BNO) I just heard them as one jam. So I asked people, but no one, except one, came through. And then only in a way that wasn't right, but that was just cuz I had not explained myself right. So I decided to try myself. For the first time. I cut off the end of SST and the beginning off BNO and then copy/pasted them into one file... I turned it on, expecting to have to edit multiple times to get it right, but I listened, and listened and I understood after two minutes I missed my own cue. I could not hear anymore where I pasted it. It was seamless! In one try! Now that made me a happy baby. And it was easy too! Even though you now miss a total of like 15 seconds offa BNO, the jam as one sounds indeed way better.... I just love it when that beat gets phat and prince starts jamming. With himself, but still. | |
