Good little filler tune. Everyone is just Prince starved. Im greatful to have it, but its not overwhelmingly great.

What happened to the Prince who sad he was just at the tip of the iceburg in creating original sounds.

To me this is a classic as far as a benefit song. Most benefit songs are sad or written in that "we are the world" tempo. This is different, has a great beat and very uplifting, especially the chorus. I love this song.

His best of the last ten years? No offense, but it seems to me that some of us have been waiting a little too eagerly for a new song.

The music is interesting and well-crafted, but the lyrics need work. Too often, Prince writes and performs great music with lyrics that seem to have been written at the back of a napkin in five minutes top. Jotting down a series of loose references doesn't amount to depth. It's heartfelt but overly obscure. Songs like Reflection and Pearls b4 the swine work much better.

I'm not into charts, as I know they represent weak tastes, but at least Prince is going to gain some notoriety from this single.

I like the song, but I don't think it's anything special. Kinda generic RandB-ish to the typical listener and too religious.
