Visited Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame This was my 2nd visit to the Rock n' Roll Hallof Fame. My 1st trip back since Prince was inducted. I was ready to smack a few ppl while I was there. During the film showing all of the inductees from years fast, there were a few snickers when they played Prince. Then as we walked along the wall of signatures from the inductees, when we got to Prince's name, a lady said "Oh, the artist formerly known as Prince, now he has another name". She said it as she laughed, I wanted to say, his name is Prince, you dumbass, but I refrained..
No comments were made as I stood starring at his jacket and guitar. Well, my brother in law made a smart remark just to tease me. He is not a Prince fan. Last night I had to watch my tape from the induction, God I Love that man... | |

I was disappointed this time because it had the same old films showing that they had 5 years ago. I think with the $ they make, they should keep things updated better. I just wanted to go back this time to see P's signature on the wall. | |

a pal and i was going to drive from St.Paul to the hall of fame this summer, but as the gas prices went up and up. we indefinately postponed that trip.  | |

Aw, sorry to hear that. Luckily, we flew up to PA for a wedding and drive over from there before the gas prices rose too much. We also had a rental gas that was very good on gas. I hope you get to go on your trip soon. | |
