Secure Storage Protection Error NPGMC...Help

Has anyone else gotten this error? Advice? NPGMC support hasn't been able to help produce successful results... Seemed to have occured when I upgraded from Wm9 to 10 a while back....

You mean your downloads don't work?

If so you can log in at NPGMCYour account and dowmnload them again as many times as you want/need.

The first time you play them the licenses will work again.

I'm not sure if that's what you meant confused
