To me Prince = Music and Music = Prince or at least him and maybe a few others.
Thing I wanna know is do you think Prince could ever stop recording? I mean I don't think he could because I think music is too much a part of him.

Dude is like what 47 now which is still considered young when you consider life expectancy is about 70 now. Do you think like if he lived to be at least 65 that at any point he could ever hang it up? I don't mean don't release anything else I mean at home with his studio and all that and walk away and close and lock the door and that is it.

We all know he has all kinds of stuff he records and doesn't release all the time and GOD knows we have proof of that so that of course would'nt be a big deal.

I've heard him say in interviews that "Its a curse to always be able to create something new" I believe him. I don't think he could walk away.

Do any of you think he could??

I don't know if he would hang it up. That man loves to sing. I think if he chose to hang it up then I assume he would be writing songs for artists and producing/recording/promoting new artists.


Maybe by then he can start releasing some unreleased material from his vault.

All in all, I would be sad to see the day if he ever hung it up.

i think prince would stop doin music if his hands got cut off and he was unable to speak.

and even then he'd probly still be ticklin them ivories with his toes! u never kno

i don't think he'd stop. isn't he like an insomniac or something, tortured by his music, like the energizer bunny, he just keeps goin, and goin.....

Could you imagine Prince as an old man? He will definetley outlive 65-70. Do old people's pubes turn grey and white, or do they keep they're original color?

He'd still have an unreleased tune waitin while he was in the hospital with a little tape recorder lying on his chest ..then it may come out to us in probably 10 years..
