From the opening song it begins to flow like a leaf on a quiet stream, through little whirlpools and open lakes. Times echos visualize, and prince gives heart and soul, making simple expression seem easy and timeless. No fear limits the wording, visions become words as do drops become puddles. Pause and silence are used to his advantage and serve only to stretch emotion and carry it on expanded levels, like only Prince is known for. The album is beautiful and speaks for itself. One Nite Alone is a night dream the exact opposite of a daydream, wide awake and taking all the soft covers and sheets making your feet stick out. Time stops...
