Best Acting in Purple Rain goes to Prince and Apples for the scene in the basement when she tells him she's going to be in Morris' group.

I've seen this movie more times than I can count, and everytime Prince slaps the spin out of Apples is priceless!!! I had to rewind it at least once, each time I watched, because that is some entertaining shit!!!

I'd say the worst moment for me was when "The Kid" came in lookin for his dad. "Where are U muthafucka?" It sounded kinda weak. P shoulda put some bass in his voice.

I think that Morris day is the best actor. He said something like What is the password? The password is what? to Jerome who had first trouble getting it. And also later in the club when Jerome mention the password to indicate Appollonia's arrival, Morris looked so confused and now he is the one who didn't remember the password.

The worst goes to who had no speaking lines shall I said Brownmark. He looks so deadpan. Man he should be looking like MR. T for all his bandmates chance to say their lines except for him.
