My feelings on NPS are quite well known around here, as I've been quite vocal about the fact that I think P could have recorded sounds of him taking a crap and he would have made a more artistic, interesting album. To me, "Solo" is a fascinating, haunting piece that sums up his feelings at the time. I can understand why it isn't your cup of tea, but that doesn't make it worthless.

Solo is gorgeous. I love the minimalist musical approach and haunting atmosphere to it. Fantastic song; always makes me feel sad. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.
