No. The song describes an ugly, old dude, talking about his older, uglier wife. Cloreen BaconSkin is just a bizzaro, funky Prince character name (like Joey Coco, Jamie Starr, Alexander Nevermind, Camille, Azifwekare, etc). "Cloreen" is obviously suppossed to be a ridiculous name for a woman.

Prince is just improving, making stuff up on the spot, and not a lot should be read into it. This is the track that formed the basis for the Time B-side "Tricky".

I like to listent to it im my car. it's crazy and fun. of course no masterpiece, but I appreciate that he decided to realese it - who knows what we can expect on CB II and III and etc.
