I was wondering today, what is considered the "best" Prince concert? Is there a general consensus as to the best concert tour? Has this already been discussed/voted on here? (Sorry if it has; I didn't find it.)

I never got to see the Purple Rain concert. My first Prince concert was Lovesexy when I moved to Los Angeles, and I loved it. And I know some concerts didn't even tour the U.S. (for example, the Nude tour.)

I would even break it down to stadium venues and smaller venues.

Best stadium venue:
Lovesexy
Musicology

Smaller venue:
One Nite Alone...

I loved the theatrical nature of Lovesexy and the stripped-down simplicity of Musicology. The other big tours were okay but not as great as these. And I really liked the ONA tour, too. That was fantastic.
