2. ideas/works of why he is a genius 3. impact on the arts and culture 4. will contributions continue in the future 1. Try and get yourself a couple of bios. The best are Uptown's The Vault, DMSR, Possessed: The Rise & Fall Of Prince, Slave 2 The Rhythm etc. 2. You could talk about how he produces, composes, arranges and performs everything himself and how he is one of the most prolific artists ever 3. You could talk about his mass crossover appeal (black, white, male, female, young, old etc). The Purple Rain album is probably a good example because it has a little something for everyone (and it was a huge success because of that) 4. You could talk about how he rebelled against the record industry and how he has now successfully launched his own independent label and website that is pointing towards the future of music distribution etc. Toejam @ Peach & Black Podcast: http://peachandblack.podbean.com
Toejam's band "Cheap Fakes": http://cheapfakes.com.au, http://www.facebook.com/cheapfakes Toejam the solo artist: http://www.youtube.com/scottbignell

That shouldn't be too hard. Prince is the epitome of "pluralism".
