just saw in a 2nd hand cd store a copy of something called "prince:purple rain:a classical reinterpretation

which is basically a full symphonic orchestra playing the songs of purple rain !!!!

is this even remotely worth getting "???

I dont know if this is the one youre talking about, but I one called ' The Music of Prince, Played by The Classic Metropolitan Orchestra", I dig it except for a couple tracks, they are 1999, Raspberry Beret,Diamonds and Pearls,Nothing Compares 2 U,Little Red Corvette,The Question of U,Pop Life,Melody Cool,Kiss,Thieves In The Temple,Purple Rain
