The strings behind "The Screams of Passion" [Family] were exceptional, rising and falling between the dance melody. They are some of my favorite Clare Fischer moments. That whole "era" they collaborated together was very magical! | |

"River Run Dry" (by Bobby Z. on The Family, 1985) -- beautiful!!
I believe it was the first Prince-related song that Clare worked on, which led to Prince sending many of his other songs for Clare to work on. | |

I forgot to mention my own... although this may not be my favorite, it is the one that got me thinking about it... anyway, I just can't seem to get enough of Jill Jones' "Mia Bocca" lately... the French horns, the great orchestration at the end... a great mix of Prince and Clare... | |
