I was talking to my Jehovahs wittness friend yesterday, and she told me that she heard in the kingdom hall grapevine that if you go to a prince concert and show a ''no blood card'' that you get a free back stage pass. anyone know if it's true? anyway it's worth a shot don't u think? she told me that if he tours again I could borrow her's.sweet.

I don't know what a "no blood card" is but there is no way I would change my lifestyle for Prince or anyone else.

yeah, a no blood card means you don't take blood 4 medical reasons. If I was seriously ill i would take blood, hell i've already had a blood transfusion. But i don't see the harm in borrowing one from a friend for the night. I wouldn't change my ways for prince but pretending for 1 night isn't that bad.

I doubt this is true, as far as Prince goes.

On the other hand, I did get backstage at a George Benson show by showing my blood card. This was several years ago.
The card identified me (and many others) as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and apparently that's who George wanted to chat with that night.

Many of us were invited backstage after the show where a tent was set up (it was an outdoor gig).
George just came out and shared some encouraging experiences (regarding the ministry) and answered some questions.
Some of the folks who didn't get back there with us were a little pissed, but really, it was no big deal. They probably wouldn't have understood what were talkin' about anyway!

Elitist or not, it's George-frickin'-Benson. He can invite who he wants backstage.

Please don't start rumors on here.
