Its an anti-meat song basically , the 1st verse is about getting us to think outside the norm of eating meat as a natural thing , the 2nd verse is possibly a dig at people vegetating in fast food joints when real scholars are making important discoveries , the 3rd verse is some bad stuff that apparently is a result of eating meat regularly , apparenty lowering our resistance to fight diseases , the 4th verse is just saying , "dont dwell to much about what I'm on about in the 1st 2 verses , just enjoy the funk" and the final verse is saying if you dont like the message I'm relaying I dont care (Thick skin reigns in the realm of the pseudnoym) , cos I've got a strong family unit and I'm Prince and I am fonkay

I'd have to say it means Prince likes to feel fake boobies and see if he can rupture the implant. ...just kidding I have no idea what it means but that is the beauty of Prince songs. You can inturpt it to mean whatever it is relevent to you.
