Jay-z copied off prince with the black album

So in 1994 Prince released the black album that was recorded in 1987 but scrapped at the last minute. In 2004 Jay-Z release the black album.

so why did he take the title name off prince?

Prince's Black Album was actually untitled. Jay Z's is named "The Black Album".

But... yeah, Z stole it.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

And Prince stole from Spinal Tap. And they stole from the Beatles (kind of). I'm sure Metallica was involved somehow also.
