I remember when I was back in the tenth grade in 1982 and the teacher showed a video tape of a television special about Nostradomas. The show talked about Nostradomas and all his predictions that he made for the future. It showed taped segments of historic events that came true the show claimed he had predicted ages ago.

Then the show got to the present, which was 1982. The narrator showed us acted scenes of what Nostradomas predicted for the future. He predicted World War III to begin in the year 1999 and last around 27 years. He had predicted that it would start from the Middle East and the "new city with it's man made mountains would be attacked". The narrator took this to be New York City and it's skyscrapers.

Then the acted scenes began. The leader of the war from the Middle East was played by a handsome man with a mustache. He entered the room and walked to his seat. He was wearing white satin pants, boots, and a long blue foil like trench coat. He never spoke a word, he just nodded to his employees and they knew what to do. They pushed a button and you saw a missile headed for New York City. The leader sat in his chair, crossed his legs, and simply pointed to one of his employees. The employee pushed a button and another missile was fired. The whole classroom went up in laughter and screamed "That's Prince!"

I saw the special again recently on "The History Channel" a few days after the 9/11 attacks. Has anyone else seen this show?

i knew it...no wonder he built that "egg" building next to paisley...it's his world destruction headquarters and seecret chicken shack.

Yeah, it happened. It was predicted in 1999 but it happened two years later in 2001. I guess Nostradomas wasn't perfect.

He wrote his predictions in a French form of Medieval Latin, that is particularly hard to translate without understanding the context of the times in which it was written. I've even seen shows where they revealed that some of the people translating it decided each line was actually an anagram and re-arranged the letters to fit what they wanted it to mean, and even left odd letters out when they couldn't get them to fit!

Basically, all his predictions are based on dodgy translations that have just been reitterated without anyone going back to the original source material.

It's the same with Old Mother Shipton. All her predictions were in fact written hundreds of years later after the events occurred by some con-man.

Found that 98% of the publishings out there have no real work behind them except for maybe John Hogue who has been spot-on in his publications since 1983.

The biggest joke is the internet which has no real forum or center for sharing nothing more than half baked ideas about the Centuries and Michel's letters. Much like the movie with Princey "The Man Who Saw Tomorrow" its all just a big scare tactic profit operation.

Why was your 10th grade teacher even showing you that video? That's nuts! I was freaked out enough about the reality of Reagan's Cold War to need that mess thrown in to the mix.

Hey, remember back in 1998, Prince is concert was doing that chant about "Osama Bin Laden gonna drop the bomb:2001"!!! Now we know how he predicted that!!!! Prince is the leader of the global conspiracy!!!!!

If P wants to start WW III, he just has to play "Undisputed" on endless repeat in the public...
