Orchestra Version of Prince Songs I was downloading songs when I started to download orchastra versions of Prince songs. The Question of U stuck out as the best to me so far but using AudioGalaxey there is an orchestra called: "The Classic Metropolitan Orchestra" and they do like 15 Prince songs. I bet they have an albumn out. i probably look pretty stupid right now if they do. Anyways, just thought I would let ya know in case ya didn't. They are pretty cool. Go check em out.
Peace the VILLE I Just Heard the "Question of U" for the 1st time...MY GOD that is an awsome song. That is #1 right now. I gotta go & listen 2 it again! WoW!

I've got the Classic Metropolitan Orchestra album, which is from 1997. It's decent enough, but I reckon the choir voices ruin it!!!
The Question Of U is cool, and I like Nothing Compares 2 U (on account of its lack of any tacky vocals), although it's quite Sinead O'Connor-ish. Seems the orchestra had something for Graffiti Bridge, having also done Thieves In The Temple and Melody Cool. Geronimo! Ecniprnz

I agree, I would have liked if they just did the music, cuz yeah...you just can't duplicate the voice or passion of Prince and his lyrics. I bought it from a 2.hand store several years ago.
But it wasn't worth that money.
