How does one become a dancer on tour 4 P or a video girl for Prince? That's what I really want to know.  Alright I'd settle for roadie too. | |

I knew somebody who, back in the 80s, got an interview at PP to be a roadie.
He didn't get the job though, unfortunately. I can imagine that would've been quite the experience. | |

How exactly that other person managed to set up that opportunity, I'm not sure, as the individual who arranged the interview was not Paisley Park affiliated in any way. I think it mostly involved a lot of tenacity, and - to put it bluntly - a lot of badgering and constant bugging of PP until they gave in and gave him the interview...which is NOT a tactic I would recommend these days AT ALL, let me make that perfectly clear. But then, what do I know? I've never yet gotten an interview there myself.  | |
