Marlene Dietrich I recently discovered Marlene Dietrich (the actress) and started to watch her movies. What I'm finding is that Prince was obviously a Dietrich fan. Here are some examples:
The last movie Ms. Dietrich made in Germany was called "Der Blaue Engel" (The Blue Angel) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0020697/ ... we all of course know that was Prince's guitar during Lovesexy era... Marlene was also in a movie called "Witness for the Prosecution" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0051201/ during which her character plays another character who (on more than one occasion) says "Hey Ducky" ... very interesting. I had also noticed this and wondered about it but somehow I concluded that I had taken my Prince obsession too far and that the fanaticism had somehow soaked itself into my every day life. but now that you mention it too, I think I'm in the clear lol.
