I may get some flack 4 this but I really hate the scadalous video. Its a shame that such a great song gets such a bad video. I know P's videos are never as good as the music. but come on man that video is really lame. Its too bad because its one of my fav P songs.

Actually, while I understand what people are saying about this being a boring video, I have to say that I think the cinematography is gorgeous for this video...I know it's nothing breathtaking or groundbreaking (two words usually associated with cinematography), but the video just looks luscious and sexy and gets across what Prince wanted to get across with it, I imagine.

For me, the most disappointing videos of his are "Sign 'O' the Times" and "Paisley Park", cuz he's not even in 'em. I'd add "When 2 R in Love" to that, but the copy I have of it is really grainy and rough, and for some reason, it kinda works for me. Go figure.

I understand the conception of the video for "Sign O' The Times"! I think Prince wanted people to "read" the song's message and not to watch his latest look! It was a very strange video at the time, nothing like people have seen before, that's why I like it! (George Michael tried to do something similar in his "Praying For Time" video. )

And "Paisley Park"... I can't hate that video cuz I'm obsessed with the song!!!

I didn't get it, and I can get through it, but I think it's probably Prince's silliest video. Like that song Adonis and Batsheeba, that purported to make a gal-pal of Prince's laugh out loud in his presence when she heard it.

This most resembles a "what was he thinking?" moment, than a bad video moment.

Cream was a way better video than scandalous. I love the song, its very sexy and sensual, but they got P doing some weird acrobatic shit in that video with that red outfit on.

Well for the times the dirty mind video and the Uptown, I Wanna Be your lover video were okay for the time period. Pre- MTV. But for the times Scandalous should've been better. Alphabet Street was way better than that video.

I've not seen Scandalous but the worst Prince video ive seen is The Greatest Romance. Possibly the dullest video ever made, i've never made it all the way through.

Dolphin needs to get an honorable mention. Mr. Hayes playing that "air organ".
