A Revolution Reunion

Am I the only one here who doesn't want this to happen? I get highly upset when people tell me that Prince should get back with the Revolution. I tell those people that The Revolution isn't even in my top 3 of Prince bands. Don't get me wrong, I love the stuff P did with them, but I wouldn't be the first in line to buy tickets if they ever toured togehter again.

Now if he got back together with the LoveSexy band, that would be another story!!!
JERKIN' EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!!!!

People want that because they're big nostalgia fans, Paris. It takes them back to an imagined better place in time and history, I think. You know, Billy Joel songs are kinda cheesy but one thing he did sing about that I like is "the good ole days weren't always good and tomorrow ain't as bad as it seems"! smile

Wendy and Lisa wrote alot of the music and and helped form that "Minneapolis" sound Prince and the Revolution created..as well as "Parade" and ATWIAD..different bands, different times...

rainbowray please!!!! Wendy and Lisa did not help form any Minneapolis sound!!! Some of you guys give Wendy and Lisa WAYYYYY to much credit. The Minneapolis was in place before that, the Minneapolis sound was formed by Prince, Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis, Sonny T. Alexander O'Neal. Also all music was written by Prince they made have contributed but Prince was the main creative force. Wendy and Lisa formed the Minneapolis sound... Give me a break!!!!!
