Dancing with Prince I totally did not know that Prince had audience members come on stage to dance when he gives a concert. I saw my first Prince concert this year (Musicology) and was sooooo envious of those who got to go on stage. Do his bodyguards or employees choose the women that go up there? Does he? U think they look for something in particular? Anyone have any ideas? | |

It dependz...I've been up there with him a few timez:) Once I was pulled up by one his dancers n then I went up bcause of a bodyguard n the most memorable time time was bein' pulled up by Prince himself  I'll never 4 get it  She stole my medallion n she called me a BITCH!!! | |

I went on stage at the gold Experience gig 3rd March (wembley arena)...I was picked then along with loads of other people from near the front. But on ONA shows I went to he just let the front rows come up and,on one occasion, a particular stage-hog who had been up a few nights before pushed people back just so he could get there....ugly and greedy scenes. The night after that Prince seemed cautious about leaving his invite too open...dont know if he saw or heard what happened. | |

When I got a chance to go on stage with him....He just pointed to me with his cane & motioned me up! And his bodyguards helped me up on stage!
However, being in the front row was probably quite helpful as well! [Edited 12/7/04 17:26pm] | |

I'm not a woman and have never danced on stage with Prince but Jerome pulled me onstage at a Time concert. Andy is a four letter word. | |

Just kidding! For real. I'm so green with envy.He'll never tour New Zealand,(where I'm from) so I can only dream of ever seeing Prince live. Let alone get to stand closer than 3 feet away from him on stage. I'd probably jus stand there crying or faint. Missing the rest of the concert. yeah I've been up their with them atleast 4 times to do the bird My wife danced with prince at a show in 97. I told her to ask where my Crystal Ball was : ) | |
