Definitely mid-90s emaciated look with heavy eyeliner plastered twirly sideburns, handlebar mo and big hair: WAY TOO MUCH. Love the Lovesexy look tho.

Emancipation always looks weird - the goatee with the shaved bit above the ear makes him look like a muppet or something (mayb the look was created for the show!)

NPS look's not great, and the Rave blue jumpsuit's the most cringey thing he's worn, I think. Plus I'm not a big fan of the Nude tour look either, but beards were big in the early 90s (I had 1 too for a while) so it's hard to be objective.

Love the afro - For You era, Reflection performance etc.

fav look is 199-under the cherry moon....the 93-96 looks were not very attractive to me at all....the hair...the clothes... he looked sick

I think the worst look he had was the D&P and the hairstyle. The boufant look was not pretty.

The Graffiti Bridge time period look was my least favorite.

I have to say...as neat and proper as he is, it has always bothered me that he doesn't trim his armpit hair.....it's long! Makes me wonder how he keeps himself in other areas.....i do like the chest hair though.

as far as looks.....his worst look was when he had the short hair and kept it all slicked down with the curly sideburns....think it was when he was wearing SLAVE on his face.

however, all looks on prince work for me.....can find beauty in them all! and sex appeal.

dress as the old guy from the "come on" video (but I get the humor to it). Also when prince was on saturday night live singing "party up". he looked very pale (maybe he was sick).

I think any time he starts wearing his hair all big and puff or straight and long, lot's of make up and funky clothes (leg warmers ect.) he looks really bad. I think when he wears his hair short (UTCM, Emancipation or Musicology) with some facial hair and normal clothes (pants and shirt (like that white pant's and Pokka dot shirt he wears) or suites. This is my opinion and that is the look I think makes him look more like a man and the public seems to appreciate him a little more when he seems done to earth. Anyone could dress like that, but it takes someone as cool as P. to pull off, say, the Purple Rain look. He's made some fashion mistakes (and they have been HUGE mistakes) but overall, I think he looks better with a more unique style.
