No one. It would be overhyped and probably some flavor of the month name drop.

Here's the recipe for a successful take on the collab-album:

Op:l Bastards - you need decent producers with a lo-fo electronic twist to get him back on track.

Justin from The Darkness - for a true "cockfight" musical duo vocal performance. Or was it called "dogfight"?

Any b-rate one-hit wonder chick - just for spice, no talent required.

A guy who raps in Spanish - Umm, Prince and Spanish.

?uestlove - so he would finally stop talking shit how Prince's new records aren't as good as the old ones

... and some guy who plays some horn

Not Stevie – Cause Stevie’s lost something off his voice and a lot of his duets suck.
Not Beyonce - They had no chemistry when they performed.
Not Bowie – It would sound good, but Bowie is into cool magic.

And the winner is:

James Brown (How Obvious)

I don’t care whom P performs with as long as he stays away from usher mad

I think maybe Stevie and Bowie would be interesting. As for Beyonce, he has been there already and done that. As for James, I maybe could have seen this done in the 80's or 90's but not now b/c James wouldn't be on par due to just comming out of treatment for prostate cancer.

Kacey725

He already DID one...it was called "Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic" and that was the whole problem with it!

However, if I had any input and he was doing something a la Ray Charles' final album, here's who I might pick:

Beck
David Bowie
The Roots
Beyonce (for moneymaking purposes and to get the Grammy duet on record)
Andre 3000
Sheryl Crow (something else, maybe?)
Some up-and-comer, like John Mayer, Joss Stone or a hot new band
Eryka (sp?) Badu or Jill Scott

Okay...just realized that this is dumb...
