is there any info in there on madhouse raving mad and lover's song?

i have this song called 'Raving Mad" it sounds like something off the batman soundtrack because the voice on 200 balloons saying "Rave, unto the joy fantastic.." is looped on there and there are these voice samples that sound like they came from a movie. and when i first heard it i couldn't figure out where this song came from until i heard 200 balloons. i still can't make out what the voice is saying though because the samples are warped and they sound like the Darth Vader voice or that voice from Bob George. Wow, i feel special!
