Post concert blues!!!!!!!

Sup guys, I am currently suffering from the post Prince concert blues. I was fortunate enough to get tickets to two of the shows at MSG,the first show and the last one. It was great because they were different and at the last one Shiela E and The Time both gave great performances. We gave her MUCH love at the end of her set.
I just feel kinda sad because THE MAN said he will not be performing these songs again. I'll really miss PURPLE RAIN, because it is my favorite song and EVERYTIME he plays it, it is different and that makes it special IMO.

i think prince kept the wording loose enough to imply that one day he'll play those songs again - i think the whole idea of "the last time ever he'll play those songs!!" was more hype than anything else. but hopefully, this also means he'll be playing classic *mountains* songs that he hasn't *mountains* performed much in the *mountains* past.

And your point is...?

lol j/k....I wouldn't mind hearing Mountains again myself! As for the Musicology tour, as it went on I was hoping he'd play more songs from Musicology!

Me too! The Musicology CD has some great songs that could be even hotter live like Life Of The Party. But hearing a song like Mountains or Damn U or Soul Sanctuary would be just too exciting for me.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that
