11/30/04?? I was in wal mart and they had a sign with all the artists listed that have near future release dates. They,of course,listed u2 and right beneath that it say Prince 11/30. Does anyone know what this is?Is it the dvd or a top secret new album? "I'm a pig..so,magic elixir I swill" | |

I didn't find any future releases by Prince at walmart.com. I think u made a mistake. Whatever floats your boat, but understand that if something was coming out on the 30th, someone would know about it already and someone would have leaked it and at least a couple of retail outlets and their websites would have it listed. Prince isn't going to get everyone to keep something on the hush. The retailers would want to actually sell it. Whereas with PRINCE of Persia, everyone already knows the sumbitch is coming out on the 30th, and those that have played the first game (me), have been waiting for it. |

I seen it in Wal Mart too and was like WHAT THE HECK!! Why would they list a video game in the music section...didnt Prince do ATWIAD this way? Didnt he release that album with ZERO promotion?? so u never know.....  | |

A new remake of Prince of Persia is far more important news than a new prince record for sure! Though I'm pretty sure Broderbund has done the same thing to its classics as Prince has, fucked them up completely.  | |

It sure was in Wal-Mart and I have been on the wal-mart site and his official site, but nothing. You never know with him though when he wants something kept quiet it stays quiet. I have explained that to fans everytime he performs, even with house lights up, people leave and I tell them each time he will be back and sure enough there he is performing one or two more songs!!! Real fans know that you have to expect the unexpected with him. That is part of what makes him soo damn sexy!!!!  | |

I friend from Sony said thats the release date for the Musicology DVD/CD set. I work in the recording industry, and my friend is a very reliable source. Plus I've seen that date posted in alot of other music retailers (FYE,TOWER, Virgin, and I saw it on the stock list at Amoeba) | |

Well.....today is the 30th.
have not seen/heard thing one about any new prince product. these release rumors always start up whenever fans start craving something new. i think it is a form of mental illness(in a good,harmless way). ive read threads where folks have MADE-UP complete song titles and albums,with tentative release date too of course,never pans out. trust me,when prince gets ready to release something-we will know in advance. | |

No it hasn't... Just walk in decent recordstore and you'll see that it has been released and if you take some extra effort you could ask someone who works there and find out it had been released 2 weeks ago... So don't make up shit... Neversin. O(+>NIИ<+)O
