As a BSB fan I can say that Wherever U Go, Whatever U Do doesn't sound like Backstreet Boys at all. Maybe some other band, but not BSB.
And I have no comment on Another Lonely Christmas really, It doesn't sound like Lenny to me but it isn't anything Prince usually does, although I think that just proves how versatile he is. So all I'm going to say is that I love the song. Sirah | |

I agree tha Contoversy is somewhat like Another One Bites the Dust, but I think you can definetly tell P songs from all other songs. I have friends who don't like P, but always know when a song is his even if they never heard it. He is a very original person and one of a kind, and I truley love that and admire him for it. | |

"Erotic City" sounds a lot like Laid Back's "White Horse". "Housequake", "The Work", "Musicology", "Love Or Money", "Sexy MF", and many others sound very James Brown influenced. "When You Were Mine" and Billy Idol's "Catch My Fall (original demo)"
In Idol's released version he uses bass for the Telecaster part that he plays in the original. If ya got the original demo (added to the updated release of Rebel Yell), listen to the opening guitar lines (which he repeats at different points throughout the song). And yes, I know that "When You Were Mine" was released 4 years before "Catch My Fall." | |
