Prince to produce Usher movie USHER HEADED FOR THE BIG SCREEN
R&B star USHER is set to star in an in-the-works drama co-written by "Ray" screenwriter JAMES WHITE. "Dying for Dolly," the story of a boy from the streets who finds his way through music, will be produced by PRINCE. Usher has previously played supporting roles in "She's All That," "The Faculty" and the TV series "Moesha." I googled this and all I could come up with is that it's written by a Jonathon Prince.
Plus Prince's films are awful so why would anyone ask him to do this? |

So am eye done Bing someone who likes Prince?
Well...considering Usher is a Liar , there is NO confession cause there IS NO BABY. It was a gimmic ... its not a confession but a lie in the song 4 ur sympathy. Instead of some loser young guy with a lot of money, singing about how he cheated on his oh so fine TLC girlfriend... the baby part is the part that gets ur mental 2 say oh kay, this song is good .... But There is No "one on the way" (there is no baby) he is just an ass that cheated on his girl... that part is in the song 2 get u 2 like it. So... basically ...eye dont dig Liars... Never thought Prince did either... BUT, IF this movie IS A GO... well, well... eye will right 2 NPGMC nd just simply asked 2 have my membership disconnected... There R 2 many Liars in this world... Being a producer can often mean just providing $$ for the film with very limited creative input. Doubt Prince would want to have limited input but maybe he's thinking of branching back into film but in a different way. Could be interesting! Also a great way to get his NEW music into films.  | |
