I've seen a DVD of a US show and I would love to see this show in London. But only if his hearts in it.

Prince has skipped the USA & other parts of the world many times, where we europeans have been spoiled with his tours. So there is really no reason for us to be pissed that he is not coming our direction for once. Also, he just got married and, yes, he get older too!

I'd love Prince to come to Canada. He already did Toronto -now what about the rest of us?

I'm not holding my breath though. neutral

He has to come over to Europe!...Yes he spoiled us in the past with lot of concerts (late 80's,begin 90's)especially over here in Holland, but e.g. before '86 he had only played once,in Holland that is,in a place called the 'Paradiso',far as I know ,in front of 200 people. Those who were there (1980) are still talking about it..So,I missed that one and only chance of seeing him live before the Parade Tour in '86.So no Dirty mind, controversy, purple rain tours for us over here, back then.He has to pay us back for that(just kiddin' here),and he still is doing that:Everytime I get to see the guy do his thing, and these days it's not that often as before,he lives up to our wildest expectations!Alright,I miss all that dancing stuff like he used to do,HE HAS GOT TO COME OVER!!!!

We all need need new live stuff thats what i think we want .

That's what the hard-core fans want, but I think the purpose of this tour is to get back some of his older fans from the 80s. And it's working, I mean, look at the Org, since this recent tour, a lot of new members came on board claiming they'd 'lost touch' with Prince during the 90s and is the Gold Experience album any good?

And the only way to reach these 'older' fans is to play the hits they know and love. Personally, I'm looking forward to taking a few friends along who would only come as long as he plays songs they know. After they see him live, I'm hoping they will be converted!

I don't care for these fickle types. If they abandoned Prince in the 80's, it was cause they couldn't hang with his musical diversity and eclecticism in the first place. They didn't want to go on the journey with him.

no second chances! leave them banished.

I'll go out on a limb and agree with you Marrk. Maybe I'm just a selfish asshole but I was surrounded by those "fickle types" during the San Jose, CA show in September and I wanted to shoot myself in the face. I am never ever sitting in the nonmembers section AGAIN.
I mean, like, where is the sun?
